Manchester University offers adaptive leadership presentation

North Manchester, IN (02/26/2024) — Manchester University will host nationally certified law enforcement instructor and adaptive leader Al Bello for "Leadership in a Rapidly Changing World" on Monday, March 4.

The presentation is at 11 a.m. in Wine Recital Hall at the North Manchester campus. It is free and open to the public. It will also be livestreamed on Manchester's Facebook page.

Drawing upon decades-long experience in military and police forces and his expertise in approaching organizational conflict, Al Bello provides tools to become a flexible and innovative leader. Through his time in policing, Bello has brought new concepts and changes that transformed department-wide operations. Through his leadership, he has been able to shift culture and achieve a change in the way operations take place.

This presentation is sponsored by the Peace Studies Institute, MU Student Life, and the Long Lecture Fund. It is part of Manchester's Values, Ideas and the Arts (VIA) series.
